O presente texto propõe-se sintetizar as perceções essenciais que no decurso dos trabalhos foram apresentas e deixadas à discussão aos participantes das III Jornadas Ibéricas de Educação Social pela conferência inicial e restantes comunicações subordinadas ao tema Conflitos sociais: discursos, representações, estratégias de mudança.
